   In the audits

   Preparing a security audit was always the same: weeks gathering evidence from folders, emails and spreadsheets, and never being sure which version was the right one.

   What goes wrong

   It is not the team that fails, it is the method. A supplier’s certificate expires and nobody notices; the continuity plan sits in a document nobody has tested; the same evidence is uploaded three times, once per standard.
