Subprocessors
Who processes personal data on behalf of José Ramón Santos Crespo (Almenara), in which country and with which safeguard. There are two lists, because the platform and this website do not share providers. Both are updated before a provider is added or removed.
The platform as SaaS
The data you store in the platform is processed only by European Union providers, with their data centres in the European Union.

The application images and the certificates carry none of your data, so the image registry and the certificate authority are not subprocessors.
On-premise: none. The platform runs on your servers and the data does not leave your infrastructure.
Artificial intelligence: Almenara does not use any AI provider with its customers' data. If you connect a third-party AI model with your own key, you choose and contract that provider: that processing is your decision, and the provider is not a subprocessor of ours.
Signing in with Google or Microsoft: optional. If you choose it, your identity provider sees your name and email when you sign in, as with any other service you sign in to with that account. It is not a subprocessor of ours: your organisation contracts it.

What is processed when you visit the website and use the contact form. No platform data goes through these providers.
