Data protection and your rights

1. Who to contact

The controller of the personal data processed on this site is José Ramón Santos Crespo, a natural person who provides services under the name Almenara. There is no data protection officer, because the controller is not required to appoint one (Article 37 GDPR and Article 34 of the Spanish LOPDGDD): the controller handles every request directly.

2. Exercising your rights

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, and the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions, you can:

1. Write to hola@getalmenara.com explaining which right you want to exercise, or
2. Download and fill in the request template and send it to the same email.

If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we will ask for the additional information needed to confirm it, and nothing more.

3. Response times

We will respond to your request within one month of receiving it. This period may be extended by a further two months in particularly complex cases or if there are many requests; if so, we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it within the first month.

4. If you are not satisfied with our response

You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es, or with the supervisory authority of the Member State where you live, work or where the alleged infringement took place (Art. 77 GDPR). You don't need to have written to us first to lodge a complaint.
