Our mission, where we are heading and the four values we work by, each with an example of how it shows.
Mission
That any organisation knows in time what puts it at risk and can show it has it under control, without that eating up the time of whoever protects it.
Vision
Security work done once that serves everything you are asked for: the audit, the customer assessing you, the regulator. No week beforehand chasing evidence, because the evidence is already where it should be, with its author and date. Almenara does it with a platform that organises that work and a team that takes it on when you have no time.
Values
Evidence, not trust
We don’t mark a control as met because a document is attached — we check that it actually meets what’s required.
How it shows: a control whose evidence has expired stops counting as “demonstrated” and goes back to “declared” until someone renews it.
We say what’s missing, not repeat the question
When something falls short, we ask for exactly what’s missing — without restarting the questionnaire or wasting anyone’s time.
How it shows: if your supplier’s answer on encryption is not enough, that one question goes back with what is missing, not the whole questionnaire.
Traceability without having to remember
Every change is recorded with who, when and which version, without anyone having to switch it on. What the platform prepares, a person reviews before it is accepted.
How it shows: when the auditor asks who approved the continuity plan and when, the answer is in the log, not in someone’s memory.
Security isn’t a checkbox
We review our own security posture with the same rigor we ask of a supplier.
How it shows: we publish our list of sub-processors and where each one is, the same thing we would ask of one of your suppliers.
