If several customers assess you

Get assessed once and share it with whoever you choose

With the shared assessment we assess you once a year and you share the full assessment with the customers you choose, instead of answering a different questionnaire for each one. It’s an optional service paid for by the supplier. Uploading your certificates to the directory and reusing them is free, and you decide who can see them.

Common supplier questions

Why have I been asked to fill this in?: One of your customers uses Almenara to assess its suppliers’ risk. The questionnaire is part of their usual assessment process; it isn’t spam.
Do I have to pay to answer?: No. Answering your customers’ questionnaires in the portal is free and always will be.
Can I reuse my answers with another customer?: Your certificates, yes and for free: you upload them once to the directory, they are reused while they remain current and you decide who can see them. The full assessment, with the shared assessment: we assess you once a year and you share it with the customers you choose. It’s optional and paid for by the supplier; answering a customer’s questionnaire remains free.
Who can see my answers?: Only the customer who sent you the questionnaire, unless you decide to share them.
What happens if I don’t answer?: The customer who sent it won’t be able to complete their risk assessment of your company, which may affect the business relationship. We recommend answering, or contacting whoever sent it if you have questions.
Can I use Almenara with my own suppliers?: Yes. If you also need to assess your suppliers or prepare for a framework, write to us and we’ll show you the platform.
