The Almenara website is open: what it is and what you can see already
If you run security or compliance for an organisation, you know the week before the audit: evidence scattered across folders and emails, a supplier certificate that expired without anyone noticing, and a continuity plan nobody has tested. Almenara was born from preparing those audits and seeing, again and again, what goes wrong in them.
What Almenara is
A platform to manage your third parties, business continuity, incidents and compliance on one inventory and one set of evidence. Each piece of evidence is stored once, with its author, date and version, and counts for every standard that requires it. When something needs attention, such as a supplier nobody has reviewed, evidence about to expire or a process without a plan, it warns you with time to act.
Behind it there is a team that does, with a fixed scope, the work you have no time for: the business impact analysis workshop, the internal audit or your customers' questionnaires. Your data stays in the European Union or on your own servers.
What you can see on the site already
- The "Your cloud provider goes down" demo. A walk through what happens when a critical supplier fails: which processes stop, what has to be reported and by when, and which plan kicks in. No screenshots and no call: you see it on screen, at your own pace.
- The framework catalogue. Every framework you can work with in Almenara, by region, sector and type. If you are wondering "do you have my standard?", the answer is there.
- The in-depth guides to ISO 27001, Spain's National Security Framework (ENS), DORA and NIS2. What each one requires, from whom, with which deadlines and where to start.
